Bronsik offers the following paid plans, billed monthly in advance through LemonSqueezy:
All prices are displayed in USD at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account → Cancel Subscription. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel:

We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question, except where a longer period is required by law.
We do not issue refunds in the following situations:
If your situation is unusual or doesn't fit neatly into the above, please contact us. We review edge cases with empathy and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — including duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or wrong amounts — contact us immediately at support@bronsik.cloud with:
We will investigate within 2 business days. If a billing error is confirmed, the refund will be processed through LemonSqueezy and should appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
The Free plan does not involve any charges and is not subject to this refund policy. No payment is required to use Bronsik on the Free plan.
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, a PCI DSS compliant payment platform trusted by thousands of software businesses worldwide. When you subscribe, your payment details are handled directly by LemonSqueezy — we never store your card number or banking information.
Refunds approved by us are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. The exact timing is outside our control once the refund has been issued on our end.
If you have a billing dispute we are unable to resolve, you may also contact LemonSqueezy support directly — though we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve it quickly and without fees.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved faster through direct communication, and chargebacks carry significant processing overhead.
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is under review. Accounts confirmed to have filed fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned.
