By accessing or using Bronsik ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bronsik. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Bronsik is an AI-powered voice and text companion platform that provides a private, supportive space for conversation. The Service is available as:
Features include AI text chat, AI voice conversation (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), personalized companion settings, avatar selection (paid plans), conversation memory (Max plan), onboarding setup, usage tracking, and plan management.
Bronsik is not a medical device, mental health provider, therapist, or crisis intervention service. It is an AI companion for general conversation and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or emergency care. See Section 8 for important AI limitations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bronsik. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to close accounts that we believe are operated by users under the minimum age.
To access most features, you must create an account using your email and password, or by signing in with Google. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or are found to be fraudulent.
All new users — on both the web app and the Android app — are required to complete a one-time onboarding flow after their first login. During onboarding, you provide your name, preferred companion name, personality style, language, and companion role. This information is used to generate a personalized AI experience.
Onboarding data is stored in your profile and can be updated at any time from Settings → Personalization. Completing onboarding is a prerequisite for accessing the main voice interface.
6.1 Free Plan
The Free plan provides a limited weekly voice usage allowance. Unused minutes do not roll over. Free users have access to the basic voice companion, text chat, and onboarding. Avatar and memory features are not available on the Free plan. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
6.2 Pro Plan
The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance. It includes a larger monthly voice usage allowance, a daily soft cap, avatar access, and all standard features. Pro users do not have access to the Memory feature.
6.3 Max Plan
The Max plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance at a higher tier. It includes the highest voice usage allowance, avatar access, and the Memory feature — which allows the AI to retain context across conversations when enabled.
6.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor trusted by thousands of software businesses worldwide. We never receive, handle, or store your raw payment card details. LemonSqueezy tokenizes payment information before it reaches our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
6.5 Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full plan access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bronsik.cloud within 7 days of the charge.
6.6 Plan Changes
If you upgrade from Pro to Max, the change takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Features associated with a higher tier will remain accessible until the downgrade takes effect.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
Responses generated by Bronsik's AI are produced by machine learning models. By using the Service, you understand and agree that:
We believe in honest AI. Part of that means being transparent about its limitations. Always apply your own judgment alongside anything the AI says.
The Bronsik Android app is distributed via the Google Play Store. By downloading and using the app, you also agree to Google Play's terms of service. The app uses Trusted Web Activity (TWA) technology and loads the same platform as the web app.
The app requests microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) for voice features. You may deny this permission and use text-only features. The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, or any other device data beyond what is described in this document and our Privacy Policy.
When you open the app, you are taken directly to the Login/Signup screen. The marketing landing page is not shown. After login, first-time users complete onboarding before accessing the main voice interface. Returning users are taken directly to the voice interface.
The Bronsik platform — including its design, code, branding, avatars, AI system prompts, and underlying technology — is the intellectual property of Bronsik and is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your messages and voice input). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bronsik and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational harm.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you have not paid us anything.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The AI companion may produce responses that are incorrect, unexpected, or unhelpful — this is a known characteristic of AI systems, not a warranty breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: abuse of the Service, fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or non-payment.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and your data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration where permitted by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
