Before you read the full policy, here is a short, honest summary of what we do with your data:
Welcome to Bronsik ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your information. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding personal data collected through our AI voice companion platform — available as a web application at bronsik.cloud and as a mobile app (Android) via the Google Play Store.
By using Bronsik, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our service.
2.1 Account Data
When you create an account, we collect your email address. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms before storage. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email and display name via OAuth 2.0 — we never receive or store your Google password.
2.2 Onboarding Data
During onboarding, you provide your preferred name, your companion's name, your personality preference, your language, and your companion role. This data is stored in your profile and used to personalize your AI experience. It can be updated at any time in Settings.
2.3 Settings & Preferences
Your app settings — including language, reply length, voice mode, avatar selection, emotional sensitivity, pronouns, and privacy controls — are stored in your browser's local storage and, for cross-device consistency, partially in your profile record. No settings data is shared with third parties.
2.4 Conversation & Voice Data
Text messages you send to the AI are processed in real-time via encrypted API calls. They are not stored on our servers by default. Voice input is captured through your microphone, transcribed using speech recognition, and the resulting text is sent to the AI model. Raw audio is not retained after transcription. If you enable the Memory feature (Pro/Max only), summarized conversation context is stored in encrypted form — accessible only to you.
2.5 Voice Usage Data
We track how many seconds of voice usage you have consumed during your current billing period. This is used to enforce your plan's usage limits fairly. The counters reset on a weekly basis (Free plan) or monthly basis (Pro/Max plans). We do not record what you said — only how long you spoke.
2.6 Subscription & Billing Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from LemonSqueezy — we never receive, handle, or store your raw payment card details. Your billing records (plan type, subscription status, renewal date) are stored in our database.
2.7 Device & App Usage Information
We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, operating system, and general device category (mobile vs desktop) solely for compatibility and debugging purposes. On the Android app, we request microphone permission (required for voice features) and internet access (required for all features). No other device permissions are requested.
2.8 Data We Do Not Collect
We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
Free Plan
Free users have a weekly voice usage limit. Usage is tracked via the trial_seconds_used counter, which resets each week. Conversation memory is not available — no conversation summaries are stored on our servers. Avatar features are not available. Onboarding is still required and your onboarding preferences are stored.
Pro Plan
Pro users have a monthly voice usage limit plus a daily soft cap. Avatar access is unlocked. Usage is tracked via monthly and daily counters. Onboarding preferences and settings are fully stored and synced.
Max Plan
Max users have the highest usage limits. In addition to everything in Pro, the Memory feature is available — if enabled, summarized conversation context (not full transcripts) is stored in encrypted form and used to make the AI recall past conversations. This memory data is stored only if you explicitly enable the feature, and can be cleared at any time from Settings → Memory.
Bronsik is available as an Android app via the Google Play Store, built using Trusted Web Activity (TWA) technology — meaning the app loads the same web platform in a secure, full-screen wrapper.

Mobile Auth Flow
When you open the Android app, you are taken directly to the Login/Signup screen (the marketing landing page is not shown in the app). After login, if you are a new user, you complete the onboarding flow before reaching the main voice interface. If you are a returning user, you are taken directly to the voice interface.
Mobile-Specific Data Handling
The Android app does not collect additional data beyond what the web app collects. No device identifiers, contacts, or location data are accessed. The app uses the same secure authentication and API infrastructure as the web version.
Your account data is stored on Supabase — enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure that meets SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
Conversation content processed during a session is sent to our AI inference provider via encrypted API calls. We do not store conversation history on our servers unless you explicitly enable the memory feature (Max plan). Voice input is processed via encrypted connections and raw audio is not retained after transcription.
Row-Level Security (RLS) policies are enforced at the database level — ensuring that authenticated queries can only access data belonging to the authenticated user.
We work with the following trusted third-party providers. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements:
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance are retained for up to 7 years as required by law).
Voice usage counters are reset periodically (weekly for Free, monthly for Pro/Max). Session logs used for debugging are retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted. If you use the Memory feature, memory entries remain until you clear them or delete your account.
Onboarding data and settings are retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted when you delete your account.
You have the following rights over your data, which you can exercise directly through the app or by contacting us:
We will respond to all rights requests within 30 days.
